PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic money system exchangable with cash by consisting of a settling system settling a money transaction module, an incoming and outgoing money module, a money generation module and accounts, the security system of an electronic bill, and a network mediating transaction. SOLUTION: This system includes an issuing bank 1 with the incoming and outgoing money module 5 and the money generation module 6, a correspondence band 2 with the module 5, an electronic money settling bank 3, a proving facility 28 and the money transaction module 4. The electronic bill 11 is generated by the module 6 by each issuing bank 1. These electronic bill 11 is transmitted to a subscriber utilizing the module 4. The issuing bank 1 generates the electronic bill 11 and distributes them. The correspondence bank 2 is a related bank distributing electronic money through an account maintained by the issuing bank 1. |
