PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent image characteristic for a long time by forming an outermost layer of a prescribed polymer material containing the conductive agent to prevent adhesion of the toner. SOLUTION: A layer is formed on the outer circumference of a shaft, and an outermost layer is formed of the polymer material containing the conductive agent of 0.01-0.5μm in grain size. The polymer material is made of cyclic units expressed by the formulae I, II, III, satisfying all inequalities of 0.5<=A/(A+B+C)<=0.9, 0<=B/(A+B+C)<=0.5, 0<=C/(A+B+C)<=0.5, where A, B, C are the ratio containing each cyclic unit (A+B+C=1). In the formulae, R1 -R6 are alkyl group, fluoroalkyl group, etc., R7 , R8 are halogen atom, alkyl ground, etc., X is alkylene group, Y is single bond such as -O-, R9 , R10 are halogen atoms, fluoroalkyl group, etc., a-d are integers of 0-4, (n) is integer of 1-6, (p) is positive number, (q) is 0 or positive number, and p+q is less than 200. |
