PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming X-ray beam, and to perform the high-speed sampling over a polar coordinate angle of 2πfor computer tomography. SOLUTION: This device forms a cycling X-ray beam used for high-speed computer tomography. A solenoid coil 40 is provided to extend into a beam guiding channel and follows this beam guiding channel in a negative direction. Thereby, an electron beam e' is focused inside the solenoid coil 40 in the beam guiding channel so that an anode device 30 is contained inside the solenoid coil 40.
