It comprises the following steps: a) arranging a metered quantity of the said coating product on a first portion (7) of the inner face of the bottom (6) of the circuit surrounded by a region of overthickness (11), which is itself surrounded by a second portion (8) of the said inner face. The coating product (36) is held by capillary action by the region of overthickness (11), b) fix the tag (20) onto the card support (1), the coating product (36) completely filling a first volume (V'1) and partially filling a second volume (V'2).
