PURPOSE:To perform automatic adjustment affairs of debit and credit between car washing stations by a method wherein by a recording device mounted to each car washing machine, a car washing station code, a customer code, and car washing records are stored in a memory medium, the memory media of the car washing stations are periodically brought together to input them to a central totalizing device. CONSTITUTION:An interface board 13 of a computer body 12 is mounted to a control panel mounted to a gantry type car washing machine. A car washer controller 14 to control a car washer according to a command from the computer body 12 is connected to the interface board, and a recording device 15 is connected thereto. According to a command from the computer body 12, by means of the recording device 15, a date, a car washing station code, a customer code, and a car washing record are stored in a memory medium, e.g., a totalizing card 17 forming a portable IC card. The totalizing cards 17 are periodically brought together to a proper place, e.g., a main office, end by inputting the data to a central totalizing device 18, a turnover, a regulation amount of debit and credit between car washing stations, totalization of car washing records classified by a customer are calculated. |
