<p>PURPOSE:To produce a gaseous product having a definite concn. by providing a stop valve to the connecting pipeline of both an exhaust duct and a product tank and providing a concn. detecting means of gas to the product tank. CONSTITUTION:Both a valve 9 for supplying air and a valve 13 for discharging gas are opened and compressed air being a gaseous raw material is supplied to an adsorption tank 2. Then a valve 19 for takeout is opened to take out gaseous nitrogen in the adsorption tank 2. Furthermore the respective valves 18, 19 for takeout, the valve 9 and the valve 13 are closed and also a valve 22 for equalization is opened. Thereby nitrogenenriched gas remaining in the adsorption tank 2 is recovered to a first adsorption tank 1 and the respective adsorption tanks 1, 2 are made equalization. Furthermore the semicycle of the latter half is repeated by opening a valve 8 for air and a valve 14 for discharging gas. Gaseous nitrogen is taken out from the adsorption tanks 1, 2 in the latter half of the respective semicycles and supplied to a product tank. Thereby a gaseous product can be efficiently produced.</p> |
