PURPOSE:To provide a level gauge which is compact and can detect a plurality of levels of liquid surfaces by a single transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A microwave transmitter 11 comprises a first guide 15a and a second guide 15b each having different protrusion length, which are split. A microwave receiver 12a comprises a first receiver side guiding member 16a having a protrusion length equal to that of the first guide 15a of the microwave transmitter 1, while a microwave receiver 12b comprises a second receiver side guiding member 16b having a protrusion length equal, to that of the second guide part 15b of the transmitter 11. The microwave transmitter 11 and the microwave receivers 12a, 12b are placed so that a reflection face 19a of the first guide 15a is opposite to a reflection face 23a of the first receiver side guiding member 16a and a reflection face 19b of the second guide 15b is opposite to a reflection face 23b of the second receiver side guiding member 16b. |
