PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cope with a sudden change in voltage or current by connecting a second switching section, which receives the output of a first switching section that switches an input power supply and outputs a predetermined constant voltage and constant current and which outputs a second constant voltage and constant current, to the first switching section and inserting a capacitor for both power conversion and smoothing between the first and the second switching section. SOLUTION: A first switching section 1 has input terminals 3, 4 and output terminals 5, 6. Between the output terminals 5 and 6, a capacitor C1 of a large capacity for both power accumulation and smoothing is connected. A second switching power supply section 2 has input terminals connected to the output terminals of the first switching power supply section 1 and output terminals 10, 11. A load 12 is connected to the output terminals 10, 11. Owing to this structure, a sudden change in supply voltage or the load can be easily handled. |
