An inner elastically deformable sleeve (2) is held securely on a frame-integrated strap. A rigid outer ring (20) forming one piece with the sleeve has longitudinal splines (21,22) to engage corresponding grooves in the strap. A radial guide plate (23) makes peripheral contact with the strap specified. The sleeve has a longitudinal groove (25) to ease the deformation (compression) of the sleeve. The strap entry rim (24) should be bevelled for the inner end of the sleeve. The ring is composed of two half shells (20a,20b) and the sleeve has two diametrically opposed corrugations to work with the strap grooves described. The guide plate should be at the outer end (2b) of the sleeve. The grooves extend right along the sleeve and are diametrically opposed as are the ribs.
