PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered article having a complicated shape easily by assembling parts having simple shapes produced by injection molding or extrusion molding of a raw material consisting of a metallic powder or ceramic powder and binder consisting primarily of an org. high molecular material, and then degreasing and sintering the assembled parts. CONSTITUTION:For example, powder of SUS304 alloy, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene wax, and di-n-butyl phthalate are mixed in specified proportions, and the mixture is pulverized to obtain thus a raw material for injection molding. Injection molded parts 10, 20, 30 having shapes as illustrated by the drawing are produced from said raw material. An assembled product 1 of a green body is obtd. by assembling these green parts. The binder in the assembled product 1 is removed from the assembled product 1 by elevating the temp. in a furnace while flowing gaseous Ar, then sintered in gaseous H2 atmosphere. Thus, an integrated product is obtd. |
