The foam material can be impregnated with the nutrient, while the vessel can consist of a trough, preferably in detachable sections. A cover plate on the vessel can contain holes by which the plants are positioned. The foam can consist of particles such as flakes, or can be ground or pulverised being enclosed in a plastic wrapping. |
