<p>PURPOSE:To measure the degree of biaxial orientation every moment by output signals and manufacture a laminate metal sheet of superior bonding properties by setting the process of measuring the degree of biaxial orientation of a film by an on-line system when the biaxially oriented resin film such as a PET film is laminated on a metal sheet or the like. CONSTITUTION:A metal sheet 3 and a film 4 are laminated by passing simultaneously the preheated metal sheet 3 and synthetic resin films 4, 4 through a contact section 2 of laminate rolls 1, 1 retained at the constant temperature, and a laminate metal sheet 5 in the high temperature state is cooled in a cooling device 6. Then the degree of biaxial orientation of a film 7 laminated on the laminate metal sheet 5 after being cooled is measured by an X-ray diffraction device 8. A first output signal 9 from the X-ray diffraction device 8 is input into a judging device 10 to judge the degree of biaxial orientation of the laminate film 7.</p> |
