PURPOSE:To prevent light for forming the image of an object from disturbing focusing for forming the image. CONSTITUTION:Light in a wavelength region for focusing is emitted by a light emitting element 30a so as to irradiate the object 10 through a light guide member 20, a condenser lens 18, dichroic mirrors 14a, 14b and an objective lens 12a, and focusing is executed while reflected light from the object 10 is received by a light receiving element 30b. As for the light from an illuminating light source 16, the light having the wavelength component of the light for focusing is removed by the dichroic mirror 14a to irradiate the object 10, and the light for focusing is removed from the image-formation luminous flux for the object by the dichroic mirror 14b. |
