<p>A roof covering system to be mounted on a roof construction (1) is provided with insulation plates (301,303), rainproof covering material (313,315) and fastening means (317) for fastening the insulation plates (301,303) onto the roof construction (1), which fastening means (317) engage the insulation plates (301,303) from the side (305,307). The fastening elements (317) have resilience properties, resiliently pressing the insulation plates (301,303) after the fastening elements (317) have been fastened to the roof construction (1) onto the roof construction. Covering a roof with the aid of a roof converting system according to the invention may be realised by successively placing roof elements and insulation plates and finally finishing the covering material to be rainproof. <IMAGE></p> |
