<p>PURPOSE: To enable vertical arrangement of double twist type assembled twister by addition of a simple mechanism and enable use of the twister also to one twist. CONSTITUTION: A table disc 8 mounting a drum-supporting stand is pivoted on a main shaft 1 of double twist and permanent magnets 10 and 11 are provided on the table disc 8 and electromagnets 12 and 13 are provided on the outside of the table disc 8 and the permanent magnet and the electromagnet forms a pair so that magnetic force acts on each other. The table disc 8 rests regardless of rotation of the main shaft 1 by action of the magnetic force to enable double twisting. Electrification to electromagnets is stopped and pins 14 and 15 are inserted and the table disc 8 is connected to the main shaft 1. Thereby, the table disc is rotated with the main shaft to enable single twist.</p> |
