A reflector

A reflecting device for a road cone or for mounting on a bicycle comprises a vaned rotatable reflecting member provided within a housing. The reflecting member is preferably rotated by incident air flow but may be electrically driven. The member may be a multi-vaned rotor or an S-cross-section disc.
