PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a self-curing forming method capable of preparing a slurry at the normal temp. by using a polar org. solvent capable of dissolving a binder at the normal temp. as a solvent and employing a method cooling a slurry to temp. equal to or lower than the normal temp. to solidify the same as a slurry solidifying method. SOLUTION: In the molding of a ceramics powder, a solvent is added and a dispersant and a binder are further added thereto and all of these components are mixed to prepare a slurry which is, in turn, injected into a mold not absorbing the solvent to be solidified. As the solvent, a polar org. solvent capable of dissolving the binder at the normal temp. is used and the slurry is solidified by cooling the slurry to temp. equal to or lower than the normal temp. By using the polar org. solvent as mentioned above, the binder can be dissolved at the normal temp. and the slurry can be prepared at the normal temp. Further, the binder is gathered in a cooling process when temp. is lowered and the slurry is solidified in such a state that the solvent and the ceramic powder are taken in a reticulated structure wherein branched fibrous large aggregates are formed. |
