发明名称 WORKING NOZZLE OF LASER BEAM MACHINE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make so that non-oxidizing cutting of stainless thick plate may be efficiently carried out under the stabilized condition by improving a machining nozzle of a laser beam machine. SOLUTION: A body of the machining nozzle 1 is constituted of a base part cylindrical body 10 having equal inner-diameters and a tip cylindrical part 11, and a nozzle hole 21 is formed at the top end. A laser beam is passed through spaces 12, 20 of a machining nozzle inside and a nozzle hole while a beam diameter is converged by a condensing lens 5 and a is made incident on the stainless thick plate W. Also, nitrogen gas introduced form the assist gas inlet 13 is passed through the space 12, 20 of the nozzle inside and the nozzle hole and is ejected to the stainless thick plate W. The nozzle hole 21 has a spread shape like a reverse taper directing from an inlet 22 to an outlet 23 (D1 <D2 ) and thereby, jetted high pressure nitrogen gas flow 3 forms a rapidly spread distribution directing toward a work face and is ejected onto the wide range work face without any damage of high pressure stability. As the result, machining speed and quality of the non-oxidizing cutting of the stainless thick plate are improved.
