<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent waterproof function and a sharp external appearance, by fitting a dog leg-shaped throating part by a chevron-shaped outside throating of the lower part, a folded part of the upper part, and a folded-back part so as to position astride on the bent part of the mansard roof. SOLUTION: An outside throating 15 with a chevron-shaped section is connected at the lower side of the bent part of the dog leg-shaped body 14 and the upper side is bent 10 upward to form a hook-shape and the upper end is upward diagonally folded back 11 and then bent rearward to form a throating material 3. The throating materials 3 are put on the roofing material 9 at both sides of the bent part of the mansard roof so as to position astride on the upper and lower sawn boards 8, 8 and fixed with nails 13. And further, asphalt roofing materials 13 are laid on the upper body 14 than the bent part and a roofing material 20 is laid. And a backing material 16 is inserted in the inside of the chevron-shaped part of the outside throating 15 and fixed to the sawn boards 8 with nails 17 from the outside. The upper end of a roofing plate 18 is inserted between the outside throating 15 and the body 14. And the lower end of the outside throating 15 is folded back inward at the upper face of the roofing plate 18.</p> |
