PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a molded product having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface within the cavity formed by a plurality of molds and to simultaneously accurately transfer a predetermined pattern to a part of the outer peripheral surface of the molded product from a transfer film without deforming the same or breaking a part thereof. SOLUTION: Separately from the split surfaces of first and second molds 5, 6 dividing the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of a molded product into two semlcylindrical surfaces, the second mold 6 is further divided into a transfer mold 13 having a shallow cylindrical cavity constituting surface 6A' and a plate mold 14 and the dividing surface thereof is set to the transfer surface of a transfer film F to make it possible to shallow the squeeze of the transfer film F.
