PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a long impeller easily with combined connection by arranging a plurality of impeller units constituted in such a way that both end parts of a ling impeller curved in a recessed surface shape are fixed to an end plate in a rotary axial line direction, and arranging a shaft installing part on end plates of both ends of a connecting body by connecting adjacent end plates to each other. SOLUTION: A plurality of impeller units 2, 3, 4 are arranged in a rotary axial line 5 direction of an impeller, and a connecting body 7 connected integratedly by a rivet 6 is formed as a main body. A plurality of the impeller units 2 of a connecting body intermediate part are arranged on a circumference around the rotary axial line 5, and both end parts of a long steel plate made impeller 8 curved in a recessed surface shape to a rotary direction are fixed on annular steel plate made end plates 9, 10 by means of a spot welding. A shaft installing part 24 is formed on the center part of the end plate 21 by a screw hole 23 for a shaft top end part fitting and a fitting hole 22. Since the impeller of the impeller unit is formed in a short size, twist caused when the impeller is formed by means of press forming is suppressed. It is thus possible to manufacture each impeller unit easily. |
