CATALYST CONTAINING MAZZITE STRUCTURE TYPE ZEOLITE AND ITS USE IN DISPROPORTIONATION AND/OR TRANS-ALKYLATION OF ALKYL AROMATIC HYDROCARBON

摘要

A zeolite of mazzite structure comprising silicon and at least one element T (where T = Ga or Al), and in which the global Si/T atomic ratio is 5 - 100 and the Si/T ratio of the lattice is such that the number of extra-lattice T atoms is less than 15% of the total T atoms in the zeolite. Also claimed, is the preparation of the zeolite from a crude synthetic product and its use in dismutation reactions.
