PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new product by processing a simply dried product of stardust shrimps (Sergia lucens). SOLUTION: This new processed product of stardust shrimps is obtained by attaching a seasoning liquid to simply dried stardust shrimps and preferably baked with a fire. The seasoning liquid is constituted by any one material or a combination of plural materials selected from table salt, sugar, a sweet rice wine, sodium glutamate, sorbitol, a soy sauce, a single red pepper, a mixed red paper, a fermented soybean, a catsup, a Worcestershire sauce, a chinese soy sauce, an oyster sance, a vinegar, a lemon juice, an isolated amino acid, a peptide, a nucleotide and an organic acid. |
