<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively execute a lining in a conduit by the smooth feeding operation of a strip-like member by sandwiching and driving to feed the member between feed rollers rotated around a tube axis in synchronization with the forming speed of the tube. SOLUTION: When the feeding apparatus S for executing a lining is started to be driven, the rotation of the hydraulic motor 33 of a rotary driver 6 is transmitted to the outer cylinder 4 of a rotary cylinder 5 to rotate a feeding mechanism 7. The motor of the mechanism 7 rotates inner and outer surface rollers reversely to one another.
