PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a differential device having torque amplifying action and to make it lighter. SOLUTION: The rotating power of a propeller shaft 12 is distributed to the first drive pinion 30 and a cylindrical part 36 by a differential mechanism 18, and the power of the first drive pinion 30 is speed-reduced by the first speed reducing mechanism 34, namely amplifying its torque, and transmitted to a right axle, and on the other hand, the power of the cylindrical part 36 is transmitted to the second drive pinion 42 through a counter drive gear 38 and a counter driven gear 40, and further speed-reduced by the second speed reducing mechanism 46, namely amplifying its torque, and transmitted to a left axle 16.
