PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently inspect the watertightness of the whole of a sealed part including a sealed part between a balancer vessel division and a cover in a final finished product. SOLUTION: This balancer is formed out of a balancer vessel 35 having a plurality of inner and outer chambers 37 and 38 separated with a partition wall 36, liquid 39 contained in each of the chambers 37 and 38, and a cover 40 tightly fitted to the balancer vessel 35 over the whole of the chambers 37 and 38. In this case, a groove 41 is formed on the part where the partition wall 36 and the cover 40 are in contact with each other, along the partition wall 36, and one or a plurality of holes 42 communicated to the groove 41 are formed on the part where the cover 40 is in contact with the partition wall, thereby allowing the concurrent inspection of the watertightness of all sealed parts 45 to 48 including the sealed parts 47 and 48 between the partition wall 36 of the balancer vessel 35 and the cover 40. |
