LUBRICATING OIL FOR PLASTIC-PROCESSING METAL MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricating oil for a plastic-processing metal material imparting excellent moldability, de-fatting properties and welbability to the material. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil is a mixture of a first component having a content C1 of 20wt.%<=C1 <=60wt.%, a second component having a content C2 of 2wt.%<=C2 <=10wt.% and a third component of the rest and has a kinematic viscosity at 40 deg.C of V1 of V1 <=15cSt. The first component is at least one of an unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester and an unsaturated fatty ethyl ester containing a number N1 of carbons of 16<=N1 <=18. The second component is at least one of an oil-soluble polyacrylic acid alkyl ester and an oil-soluble polymethacrylic acid alkyl ester containing a number N2 of carbons of N2 <=18. The third component is a hydrocarbon oil having compatibility with the first and the second components and a boiling point Bp of 250<=Bp<=310 deg.C. The lubricating oil has a low viscosity and shows an approximately liquid state.
