PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work for cleaning and simultaneously clean a pipe line system and a packing nozzle by providing an adaptor which is detachably mounted to a swingable part and encloses the packing nozzle to form a cleaning fluid flow passage when mounted to the swingable part. SOLUTION: An adaptor 71 is provided which is detachably mounted to a swingable part 62 to enclose a packing nozzle 21 and forms a cylindrical cleaning fluid flow passage 75 between the swingable part 62 and the packing nozzle 21 when a pipe line system and the packing nozzle 21 are cleaned. This adaptor 71 comprises an elbow-shaped cylindrical body 72, a first cylindrical body 73 and a second cylindrical body 74. Accordingly, when a product valve is closed and a cleaning fluid is fed into a transfer pipe, the cleaning fluid is sent to the packing nozzle 21 through a joint 63, and, after passing through the packing nozzle 21, the cleaning fluid enters the cleaning fluid flow passage 75 through its top end 66. After passing through the cleaning fluid flow passage 75, the cleaning fluid is discharged through a cleaning fluid discharge joint 81.
