PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer improved in processability without detriment to weatherability. SOLUTION: This copolymer comprises a binary or multicomponent copolymer made from ethylene, a 3-12Cα-olefin, and a linear or cyclic diene or polyene monomer having double bond(s) and satisfies the following conditions (a) to (d): (a) theα-olefin content is 0-100wt.%, (b) the diene content is 50-20,000ppm by weight, (c) the intrinsic viscosity [η] measured in xylene at 70 deg.C is 0.5-10dl/g, and (d) the flow index in the capillary flow test is at least 1.45.
