PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively maintain airtightness of the neighborhood of a electromagnetic actuator, and facilitate assembling. SOLUTION: Actuator parts containing a plate spring 48, a magnetic path member 46, an electromagnetic actuator 52, etc., are incorporated into an actuator case 45, to whose inner peripheral surface an airtight sealing material 47 made of filmy elastic body is bonded. Then, the actuator case is fitted in either one side of vibrating body side or supporting body side of a device case 43. On the other hand, a cylindrical member 34 which is connected to a supporting elastic body 32 interposed between the vibrating body side and the supporting body side, and the axis of which is directed toward the vibrating body supporting direction, is fitted in the other side of the vibrating body side or the supporting body side of the device case 43. In this case, an end part 34e directed to the moving member side of the cylindrical member 34 is allowed to abut on an end part (calked part 45b) of the actuator case from the vibrating body supporting direction. |
