PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the stability of the formation of a film by setting the relation between the thickness of the central part of the film peeled from a support and the thickness of the end part of the film to a range satisfying a specific formula. SOLUTION: The thickness tc (μm) of the central part of the film peeled from a support and the thickness te (μm) of the end part of the film are set to a range of 1.0<=te/tc<=5.0, pref., 1.1<=te/tc<=4.0. The polymer density irregularity in the lateral direction of the film peeled from the support is set to 20% or less, pref., 15% or less. It is pref. to use aromatic polyamide as a polymer because effect is large. By prescribing the thickness of the end part of the film peeled from the support as mentioned above, the stable formation of a film reduced in burst becomes possible. |
