<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string having excellent playing property, capable of providing pleasant playability to a prayer, not causing breakage even when used for a long time, excellent in durability as well as stretching property by curing a multifilament made of a synthetic fiber with an adhesive composition containing an ultraviolet ray-or radiation curable adhesive and an anaerobic adhesive and carrying out coating of a nylon resin on the surface layer. SOLUTION: A multifilament 12 is unreeled (in a step 10) and an adhesive composition containing an ultraviolet ray- or radiation-curable adhesive and an anaerobic adhesive is applied to the filament 12 in a twist-free state and the attached amount of the composition is controlled by a nozzle 25 (in a step 20) and the multifilament 12 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays or radiation in twisted state to cure the surface (in a step 30) and then twisted and wound (in a step 40). After finishing the step 40, heat-melted nylon 66, etc., is applied to the yarn in order to carry out surface resin coating.</p> |
