<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image quality from being deteriorated in recording an image data to the utmost. SOLUTION: Output of a chart for measuring resolution is carried out to each of a plurality of printing heads (S31). Actual resolution is measured for each printing head (S32). In order to make resolution of respective printing heads obtained at that time coincide with each other, the aimed resolution is set, or the aimed resolution is set by refering to resolution of one printing head (S33). In order to make actual resolution coincide with the aimed resolution, scaling up and reducting processing of an image data are carried out to each printing head to vary apparent resolution (34). After setting the abovementioned, the image data is actually inputted (S35). Interpolation of a pixel is carried out (S36). The image is recorded, in a state of no shift in pixel position, on an image recording medium.</p> |
