<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the time when pressure is increased from relief start pressure to set pressure and prevent a safety valve from being affected by changes of temperature. SOLUTION: A safety valve is provided with a sleeve 1, a valve seat 2, and a poppet. The poppet is brought into pressure-contact with the valve seat 2 by a spring to shut off a high pressure port and a low pressure port so that a damper chamber A of which volume is reduced due to the slide of the valve seat 2 against the spring is formed. The damper chamber A is communicated with an auxiliary low pressure port 36 by a restriction part 35 in which a ball 46 is fitted in a stepped hole 45. When the valve seat 2 slides against the spring, the ball 46 is positioned in a small diameter part 43 and flow area is small. When the valve seat 2 slides by the spring, the ball 46 moves to a large diameter part 44 and flow area becomes large.</p> |
