<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mass-production possible by equipment investment lower than a conventional method to reduce cost and extend die life. SOLUTION: The radiator is made of a single body part by means of an aluminum plate A1070 and worked by a friction press so as to make fin parts 1 higher and denser. Further, an object to be worked is annealed so as to prevent hardening due to high pressure pressing.</p> |
