<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably plug a through hole to ensure hermetical sealing by inserting a supporting member into a through hole made in the top part of the inserting pipe and filling back filling material when the back filling material is filled between an existing pipe and the inserting pipe and then by plugging the through hole which is made in the top part of the inserted pipe after a supporting member is removed. SOLUTION: When a decayed existing pipe is regenerated, first, an inserting pipe 2 is inserted into the existing pipe 1 and a supporting member 3 is inserted into the inserting pipe 2 and the top end of a vertical pipe 32 is pressed on the inner top wall of the pipe 1 in use through a through hole 21 of the inserting pipe 2 to fix the inserting pipe 2 on the bottom of the pipe 1 in use. Next, back filling material 4 is injected into a gap between the upper part of the inserting pipe 2 and the top wall surface of the pipe 1 in use. After the back filing material hardens, the supporting member 3 is removed from the inserting pipe 2 and the filling material 5 is filled from a through hole 21 which is made in the upper part of a recess 41 after the vertical pipe 32 is removed and a cap-like water stopping plug 7 which is made of steel and on which sealing material 6 is applied is screwed into the through hole 21 to hermetically plug the hole 21.</p> |
