PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SHARI-temperature keeping apparatus, which enables the heat keeping of boiled rice for SUSHI without generating water vapor since SHARI temperature is kept with indirect heat and enables the immediate supply of the SHARI stored in the temperature-keeping apparatus at an appropriate temperature when the SHARI in a SUSHI robot becomes little since the SUSHI robot is placed on the SHARI-temperature keeping apparatus, and to enable the effective operation of the SUSHI robot by the SUSHI-temperature keeping apparatus. SOLUTION: A SUSHI making apparatus is composed of a SHARI- temperature keeping apparatus A provided with a moving means 19 and a SUSHI robot B detachably placed on the temperature-keeping apparatus A. The SHARI-temperature keeping apparatus comprises a temperature-keeping apparatus body 10 provided with a heating means and a temperature insulating container 12 having a temperature insulating hollow part in the peripheral wall and placed in the temperature-keeping apparatus body 10 in a state capable of freely drawing out. |
