PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface-protected film excellent in processing following property and surface protecting property, not generating any poisonous gas in combustion, free from problem caused when discarded after using thereby and capable of replacing conventional film or sheet made of a flexible polyvinyl chloride-based resin. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition (A) comprises (a) 10020wt.% propylene homopolymer or propylene-based copolymer containing <=4wt.% other olefin unit, having 20-60% rrrr/(1-mmmm)×100 in pentad fraction by<13> C-NMR, >=150 deg.C melt peak temperature (Tm) measured by DSM and <=100J/g melt enthalpy (ΔH) and (b) 0-80wt.% propylene-based copolymer containing 10-80wt.% olefin unit. This surface-protected film or sheet comprises a resin composition composed of 99-60wt.% of the resin composition A and 1-40wt.% of a thermoplastic elastomer copolymer.
