<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operating man-hour and shorten the operating time by storing the read data of fusion bonding conditions, and setting the number of times of fusion bonding under the same conditions as the stored data of the conditions, thereby easily conducting the fusion bonding operation. SOLUTION: A bar code scanner 3 is connected to the controller 21 of an apparatus body 2 to send the data read from a bar code 61F displayed on the surface of a joint 6 to the controller 21. The controller 21 calculates the sent data, displays fusion bonding conditions on a display unit 24, sends it to a recorder 22, stores it therein. An operating unit 25 inputs the number of times of fusion bonding under the same bonding conditions to the controller 21. The unit 24 displays the conditions and displays the residual times of bondings under the input same conditions. Even if the data of the code 51 is not read by the scanner 3 until the residual number becomes '0', power can be continuously supplied to a heater wire under the same conditions.</p> |
