PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To movide a metal laminating film capable of obtaining an aesthetical metal plate of vivid, excellent, and quality paper feel, a laminate metal plate employing the film, and a metal vessel made by using the metal plate into can. SOLUTION: The metal laminating film includes a thermoplastic resin film as a base material and curable heat resistive layer laminated on at least one surface of the film. The curable heat resistive layer contains a curably reacted substance of an epoxy resin having biphenol A skeleton and melamine compound, and the formula I and II are satisfied simultaneously in surface infrared absorption analysis by an inner total reflection method of the curable heat resistive layer. |
