PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber excellent in processability and heat resistance, having a high tensile strength, and free from the occurrence of bleeding of the low-molecular part. SOLUTION: This copolymer rubber consists of ethylene and a 3-12Cα-olefin and satisfies the following conditions (a) to (f): (a) theα-olefin content is 5-35wt.%, (b) the Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (121 deg.C]is 10 to 45, (c) the copolymer of the part corresponding to the high-molecular-weight peak of the molecular weight distribution curve has a molecular weight corresponding to a Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (121 deg.C)] of 25 or more to less than 70 when extended with 70 phr oil, (d) the Q value (weight-average molecular chain length/number- average molecular chain length) measured by GPC is at least 4, (e) it exhibits a bimodal molecular weight distribution curve, and (f) the ratio of the height (X1 ) of the high-molecular-weight peak of the molecular weight distribution curve to the height (X2 ) of the low-molecular-weight peak (H=X1 /X2 ) is at most 1.8.
