摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method capable of molding a resin molded product having an extremely thin part with a wall thickness of 0.7mm or less without generating residual stress and a damage in the extremely thin part at all. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing pocket for reducing the pressure in a cavity 60 is formed to the mating surface corresponding to at least the extremely thin part of a mold constituting the cavity 60 and, when the cavity 60 is formed, an air passing slit of 2-3μm allowing the cavity 60 to communicate with the pressure reducing pocket 22 is made possible to form and, immediately before the completion of the cavity 60, the degassing of the cavity 60 is started through the air passing slit and the pressure reducing pocket 22 and, immediately after the completion of the cavity 60, a resin material is injected into the cavity and the molten resin material is allowed to fill the cavity 60 corresponding to the extremely thin part.
