PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently promote the establishment of consent in the diagnosis between a physician and a patient by arranging a group of electro acoustic converters to let a subject sense positions on the body surface of the subject by vibration and a means to specify some in the group of the electro acoustic transducers. SOLUTION: In a group 100 of electro acoustic transducers possessed by a component part 190 of a subject, individual electro acoustic transducers 101 are arranged in plurality to allow bidirectional conversion between sound or vibration and electricity and an element selector 110 selects an element from among an electro acoustic transducer 102 and elements of the group 100 of electro acoustic transducers to perform a transmission or reception of signals by an element selection control signal SELC. An input/output selector 111 connected to the element selector 110 sets the connection between a receiving circuit 120 and an exciting circuit 122 and the electro acoustic transducers 101 and 102 selected by the element selector 110 by an input output control signal SELSR and the receiving circuit 120 amplifies a received sound signal detected by the electro acoustic transducers 101 and 102 from the body of the subject.
