摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly discharge lubricating oil leaking to the inner circumferential side of a bearing so as to reduce a temperature increase by providing an oil discharge hole opened in the inner circumferential surface of the load side thrust bearing for discharging the lubricating oil leaking from a sliding surface to a gap with a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: Lubricating oil out from a gap between the inner circumferential side shroud of a load side thrust bearing 6 and a collar 4 flows to the inner circumferential side of the load side trust bearing 6, and upon receiving a centrifugal force by a rotating spacer, the lubricating oil flows into an oil discharge hole 20 opened in the inner circumferential surface of the load side thrust bearing 6. The lubricating oil sent into the oil discharge hole 20 flows out front the exit hole 22 of the discharge oil opened in the outer peripheral side of the pad 8 of the load side thrust bearing 6. Thus, by providing the oil discharge hole 20 in the load side thrust bearing 6, the lubricating oil staying in the gap between the spacer and the inner circumferential surface of the load side thrust bearing 6 is caused to quickly flow out to the outside and a temperature increase caused by viscous friction is reduced. Also, by providing a step-like fence 23 in the inner circumferential surface of the thrust bearing 6, the discharging ability of the oil discharging hole 20 is improved more.
