PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain sufficient wet tension in a surface layer over a long period by incorporating a water absorbent resin at least in one surface layer and to prevent whitening due to the bleeding of an antistatic agent. SOLUTION: In a multilayer polyolefin film having an atistatic function which is a two-layer composite film composed of two surface layers or a composite film having at least three layers consisting of two surface layers and at least one intermediate layer, at least one surface layer is made from a polyolefin composition containing 1-30 pts.wt. of a water absorbent resin (B) for 100 pts.wt. of polyolefin (A) and oriented.
