PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain perfect sterilization by providing a device calculating pressure within an object to be heated from the measured temp. of the object and controlling the flow rate of feeding air to make pressure within the sterilizer equal to the pressure so as to uniformly heat all the objects to be heated without breaking the objects. SOLUTION: A control system controlling pressure within the objects to be heated G is arranged in the sterilizer 1. Then this control system consists of a control valve 11 connected to a pressure air feeding pipe 14, a pressure controller 12, a temp./pressure transducer 13, a pressure sensor S1 and a temp. sensor S2. In this pressure control system, a temp. within the objects is detected by the temp. sensor S2 to transduce this temp. to pressure through the use of a previously set temp.-pressure transducing table by the temp./pressure transducer 13. On the other hand, pressure within the sterilizer 1 is detected by the pressure detecting sensor S1 to compare with the pressure transducer 13 and when difference is generated, the pressure controller 12 outputs a control instruction to operate the pressure control valve 11. |
