When the paper sheet detection switch 22 is not turned off, even if a second basic time T2 is elapsed after the paper sheet detection switch 22 detects the tip of the paper sheet and is turned on, it is judged the paper sheet jamming is generated. Therefore, it is not necessary to install a switch for detecting a paper sheet use up and a switch for detecting the paper jamming on a carrying passage separately. Therefore, the number of parts for constituting the device can be reduced.</p> |
