<p>A roll (1) of absorbent pads (4) for removing stains from garments comprises a core (2) and a length of absorbent fabric (3) secured at one end to the core (2) and rolled onto the core (2). The absorbent fabric (3) is perforated (5) at intervals of length into removable pads (4). The roll (1) of absorbent pads (4) may be employed in a stain removing implement having means (8, 13) for rotatably supporting the roll (1) so that the roll (1) can be rolled over a garment during stain removal. The stain removing implement is held by a handle (9). A cleaning composition is preferably employed. A method of stain removal is also provided.</p> |
