<p>A temperature-compensated driver circuit which is relatively stabilized in waveform amplitude and output timing by detecting the power consumption of its output driver stage and correcting and controlling the power consumption. The driver circuit comprises a temperature detector for detecting the temperature changes of output elements (31 and 32), a temperature compensator for adjusting the timing of an output signal (3) against an input signal (1) in response to a temperature detecting signal from the temperature detector, and an amplitude/impedance temperature compensator for adjusting the output amplitude of the output signal (3) and the output impedance in response to the temperature detecting signal from the temperature detector.</p> |
