The actuator comprises a pneumatic piston (1) which can be positioned in three different positions (A,B,C). The actuator has a casing (6) provided with the fixings necessary to fasten the piston in any of the three different positions. A valve control lever (7) has a determined length (a,b,c) depending on the position of the piston.
